I knew Rand Paul was a joke, but this bill is pure amateur hour. It dictates to the federal courts how they should construe the constitution. Good luck with that, Rand.

You'd think a damn United States Senator could find at least one decent lawyer, even a law student, to look over this joke before running out to press with it. Of course, that's probably the point. Why bother drafting a real piece of legislation that might actually do something when you can whip out a one-liner and bitch about the judges for the next few decades?

is a tough one for some people to understand, including Rand. It looks like he is one of those who thinks the courts are an unelected political branch. Probably does not even get the concept of legal review.

I don't give a **** who it is, and in which Party, we need to stand up to the criminal actions our govt. has committed since 9/11 and will continue to commit if people stay quiet just because its "their guy" in office, as if he gives a flying **** about you personally.
