Ground war in Syria?  Bomb Iran?  Cave to Little Kim and claim a victory in peace negotiations ?  Some major attack on US soil?  Another school shooting?

Obama will send more guns to Mexico drug gangs.

We will need to invade Mexico in order to suppress the violence at the border and then after negotiations, give billions of aid to Mexico (and allow hundreds of millions to immigrate to America who will then vote for democrats).

That would make it logical to release an IRS story that, while embarrassing, also could be cubbyholed as another “conservative” dispute with the White House.
