PROPOSED: The "What You Wish For Bill" of 2013

WHEREAS liberal democrats affirm the 2nd Amendment should not apply to individual citizens

and

WHEREAS liberal democrats affirm their belief that laws can be applied based on political affiliation

IT IS PROPOSED

that all members of the Democratic Party surrender all devices designed or readily modified to be capable of inflicting bodily harm. Those suspected of possessing such instruments past 90 days of ratification of this bill will be subject to forcible disarmament and legal penalties not to exceed 25 years in front of a firing squad.
