2005: John Yoo suggests government create fake terrorist organization to fight terrorism.
Another tool would have our intelligence agencies create a false terrorist organization. It could have its own websites, recruitment centers, training camps and fundraising operations. It could launch fake terrorist operations and claim credit for real terrorist strikes, helping to sow confusion within Al Qaeda's ranks, causing operatives to doubt others' identities and to question the validity of communications.

Which has nothing to do with the Boston attack, but it sounds cool and shows that the DUmpmonkiez 'knew', just like with the Flase flag 9/11 and invasion of Iraq!?!?

For some reason, AG Eric Holder would rather prosecute those involved with State-approved medical marijuana dispensaries instead of prosecuting John Yoo and other war criminals.

I still like the ones about underground detention centers being built under Walmart stores during GWB's term.  I was at FR at the time, and I got some of the DUmmies to believe Haliburton was backing the construction of them, not only at Walmart, but at Target as well!
