What ever happened to "Innocent until proven guilty"??

Yeah - I'm talkin' Boston Marathon bombings.

Even though one "suspect" is dead, the other in custody and seriously wounded,

there has been no trial yet, or even charges laid . . .

Did I miss something?

Yes you did miss something, the part where brains were given out...I seem to have missed the part where he's found guilty - I have no doubt that when he is tried he will be found guilty...but you'll still be a mindless moron.

28. Innocence presumed ONLY during presentation of evidence during a trial
This is a common public misconception. When you are arrested, indicted, fingerprinted, considered for bail, etc., you are presumed guilty. Otherwise, you wouldn't be incarcerated.

Of course, the public can presume whatever they want.

Now that we've learned these muzzie scumbags are from Lower Crapistan, I'm amazed the jug-eared Kenyan hasn't suggested their motivation was revenge for the humiliation of Borat.

Yes you missed something.  The part about putting a bomb at the feet of children and caught on tape.  Also the part about having a shoot-out with the police in two different locations and throwing a pressure cooker bomb at them.

That piece of evidence alone will damn them in court. Unless its commonplace for people in Cambridge to carry around pressure cooker bombs..

Truly stupid.

To the DUmmies, it's innocent until proven guilty, unless you're a conservative. Then it's guilty despite being proven innocent.

A good question for DUmmies to ask themselves considering their response to this poll:

Sam Bacile, the guy behind the youtube video "Innocence of Muslims," should be asking that question, not the DUmmies.

And getting caught doing all of that on video surveillance on top of that.

I've heard that the casualties from the Watertown shootout would have been far greater if the top of the pressure cooker hadn't fallen off when it hit the ground after it was flung out of the vehicle.

And that is what I thought as well. All of them and the media couldn't wait till the trial  to say he was guilty and nothing is going to sway them otherwise.
