This quote by Lindsey Graham (r) should scare every American to their core!

"If captured, I hope this Administration will at least consider holding the Boston suspect as enemy combatant for intelligence gathering purposes."

Tzarnaev is an American citizen and if all the government has to do is label you by a different name to be able to circumvent our rights supposed given to us by our constitution this once great nation has lost the battle already. Thank the GWB administration for this one also. Shame on the Obama administration for not overturning this type of government power.
