Why do chritsians feel that non-beleivers have no morals?
I was having a discussion on Facebook on a friends page regarding alleged infractions of Constitutional rights committed by the Obama admin (I kept asking for actual examples, not just rhetoric, none were provided, but I did provide a dozen actual examples committed by the last admin, but I digress).
I was attempting to stay civil and keep my arguments logical a reasonable, yet this is a response I got from one person....
I know your type,You dont believe in God, im sure you have very lttle moral fiber, do you know what moral fiber is? it what bound this country together and make it strong, family, religion, and i mean Judeo-Christian, not Muslim. Liberalism and socialism makes Capitalism weak therefore deteriorating our moral fiber, Dont believe me?? look around you my friend, look around you, we've become a nation of political correct jellyfish, because of the likes of you and your kind, always worrying about hurting someones feelings, well the Constitution says i have the right to say whatever the hell I please, just as long as it doesn't cause physical damage, it doesnt protect hurt feelings. Obama apologizes for America, makes us look weak in the eyes of the world, he wants to spread my wealth,spreading the wealth is called charity and I decide where MY wealth goes, not some socialist pig..Do some research my friend, get informed to whats happing to your country, we are in decline, just as the last 100 years of the Roman Empire,and liberals just help push it into that decline...
I was flabbergasted. How can one person be so ****ing ignorant and hypocritical? Here was my response....
If moral fiber is defined as what is found on this page today, then you are right, I am lacking. Inclusiveness, tolerance, justice, equality....these are the moral fibers that make me who I am. Its a shame that these are the same "morals" that can be found in "Judeo-Christian Morals", yet as a beleiver of that, you and your friends here seem to possess none of it. I truly feel sorry for you, your hatred is pretty much the antithesis of the god and religion you believe in.
