Oh and the big issue she won on was gun control.

Yes, this is a primary and not the general election. The republicans got very few votes . There is just no way they could win in this district.

7. Robin Kelly has been a warrior for sane gun laws. She didn't give crap about

the NRA when taking those nuts on caused problems and she shouldn't give crap about the NRA now. The worm has turned in moderate districts, being for the NRA is a kiss of death. Kelly battered her rivals tonight, winning by almost 15,000 votes in a low turnout election. My hat is off to the people in her district for keeping their eye on the ball.

I haven't seen the worm has turned in a long time.  :rotf:
