In a perfect world the man would receive a Father of the Year Award.   

In a perfect world all documents of the Grand Jury would be open including the names and addresses of all Jurors in the local press.

For all the Father knew the drunk driver may have been armed and gone after the mother ,child and himself to leave no witnesses.  Someone is drunk and kills two of your children, well me, I would have draged him out of his car into the barn and let the hogs eat him.

I would be in jail too.  :mad:

The drunk had just killed the father's kids. I don't see how a jury could find him guilty of anything other than temp insanity due to trauma of seeing his boys killed right in front of him. Hopefully, he will get nothing more than probation and community service. He doesn't deserve to go to jail....

Concur.  In a perfect world, but since we're not in one.

I'm usually loathe to play the tit-for-tat bit, but when it comes to family, especially kids, all bets are off.
