Yes.  Count your blessings that I don't feel the need for fragmentation grenades, an 81mm mortar, or a Tomahawk-N or three to point in the direction of Washington DC. Yet.

Hannity had two females fighting yesterday over gun control.  The smart one that doesn't like gun control totally blew the other one away  :hyper:

The dumb one that does want gun control said it's basically because there is a pistol grip (cosmetic) and it was a gun made for war  :rotf:

Gina, I have no real need for a hair dryer, no need for a bread maker, blender or food processor to live.

My needs are simple, food-water-clothing and shelter.

The thing is if I can buy these extras, why not ???  Do I have a need to justify how I spend my money to Anyone ??

How is one to know that down the line I will not need something I have not given a thought to buy with my money.

If I have the money I can buy most anything I need or desire  be it right up or on the black market.

So here we come to Military Assault weapons-----  Do I need one today, not yet.  I do buy insurance on my home and autos, never had to use them so far. So far all is quiet here, never had to shoot anyone or so far been terrorised, but we do have guns, we also have survival gear but don't today expect to need them.

So If I come across a MSAW why not if the price is right  buy it, I do not need it today but it may save a life tomorrow.

Those that do not use their rights will loose them, those that do not vote will loose that right, never know when your life depends on your rights today and not watch them go nonexistence 3 days from today.

BTW Maine is passing a bill that any Doctors or therapists turn in the names and addrests of their patients to put on a list of ---no gun sales to them.    Cleaver idea, any child that 20 years ago had to have help for a short time will not now be able to even get a hunting license.

Put this as a rant.

No, I don't really need an assault weapon. I can pull the trigger fairly rapidly but being the lazy ass that I am, I'd like to have one that I could hold the trigger back and let her rip.

OH, you meant one of those scary, ugly, black riffles didn't you DUmmies......well, I have a few of them.....uh....in the bottom of the pond after the terrible boating accident . I want an assault weapon, you know, a fully automatic one.

It doesn't matter what I need.  You have no right to decide.  Criminals don't need any guns so start by going after them.

Yes I do. I need to have something to repel the welfare zombies with.
