Like many union bums, the whining neckbeard likely has a doctor who's on retainer from the union.

These union-bought quacks will certify the phantom back or shoulder injury, and then swear to justification for permanent disability.

There are hundreds of these union-preferred medical doctors around the country.

Their sole purpose is obtain payments for swindlers like this freeloader in Omaha.

Well, just merely to save his life, probably the most important detail here, I hope's one of those gastic bypasses or where one gets the jaws wired shut, so that one loses weight.

Any other sort of operation would be pretty much wasted time and resources.
