Cannibalism is the Answer!
In the USA 'Processing' about 1 million humans a week would provide all of the protein needs for the living.
That would solve ALL of Detroit's problems in the first week!
Then Chicago, St. Louis, Atlanta and NY City over the next few months.
Entitlements would drop from the present $1 Trillion / year to close to $0.00 in about a year, thus balancing the Federal budget painlessly.
Think about all of the new business and employment opportunities! Chick-Fil-A would now have a competitor: Chick-Tit-T, and for the boys that are light in the loafers there would be 'Hot dogs -circumcised and un-circumcised', with a nice side dish of 'Fried Anus Rings'.
