I can't remember where the link is...but there was an exit poll still showing IIRC something like 63% of those polled still blamed Bush for the current bad economy and not Obama.

Like I have accused others of running an experiment, not liking the results, and continuing on with the same theory claiming the experiment is flawed is stupid. I am believing my eyes. I believe the results of the experiment and am going forward knowing that things will not get better. We are going to have a dramatic transformation. Gun control/confiscation is coming. Hate crime/thought crime is coming. Religious freedom, except for islam, is over. We are now in an internal depression until a step function event happens and the non-productive are naturally selected.

I would agree with you except for one teeny weeny little thing.... the country is in debt and likely to get further in debt. Sooner or later, probably the former, welfare is going to have to be cut when we can't borrow anymore. Austerity will be forced upon us and the ones that will take it in the shorts will be the ones that cannot take care of themselves.

After a few riots of course.  Expect the inner cities to become a war zone when the free stuff dries up. It will happen. It has too. We are several years away from being Greece yet, but it will happen.

All bets are off though if we get in a major war and all the inner city youth starts getting drafted and sent out on the battle field.  That may end up happening too.

We will live in interesting times.
