to stay - this lady on CNN said she stayed because they said it was a Cat1.
That's not what they said.
Anyway every single marina was destroyed so they can't be rescued.
Looks like most of the people who refused to move were not poor or vulnerable.

A policeman died up in Queens at Breezy Point near that horrific fire.
They were all told to leave but they know best.
Seriously when the President comes on TV to tell residents in states that a mammoth life threatening storm is coming, you think they'd protect their children and move. One woman is looking for her two children - three years old and four years old - as waves hit her SUV and she ran to get help and left them in the vehicle - shakes head.
