You have coverage using COBRA? then you don't have a pre-existing condition when changing carriers. Pre-existing only comes into play when you have lapse in coverage.
The problem is he, she, it and people like he, she, it do not even understand how they are ALREADY protected under existing legislation, rules, norms, etc and vote for something based on pure emotion and nothing more. They seem to think that because they don't know about it, it doesn't already exist. It's shameful really, just shameful.
