Interestingly, they just banned a new poster a couple of days ago simply because he stated he was a Republican.

A lude post was made in GD about the Romney's sex lives. I alerted, complaining that the post violated DU's pro-privacy values, and a jury (4-2) voted to hide it. I doubt a post like that about the Obamas, if posted in Red State or Freepland would've been deleted. I'm glad to see that a majority of DUers understood that we aren't just tribally anti-Republican the way conservatives are tribally anti-Democratic. We extend the same rights and courtesies to all, even GOPs.
lude = they are smarter than everyone else, even had an IQ thread recently.  The other bolded portion is bolded simply because it is obviously horsesqueeze. Their TOS even says DUmmyland is only for Democrats, or words to that effect.

This was in the meta section, and I included the link so it would be easier for the lurking DUmmies to find this blatant lie.

19. I made this account for this one post...

I am a Republican, albiet a middle of the road one, but I wanted to clarify something. Those people outside Dunkin's are not Republicans, they are Larouche people, if this happened in Mass.

I have lurked here for years and I just want to wish everyone luck. In three short weeks, another year of GOTV will be complete. I hope Romney wins, but I don't wish Obama bad at all, he seems like a good guy.

I would bring over proof that the bolded statement is contrary to the truth; however, I just don't have the time this morning. Plus, I'm concerned that if I bring over all of the proof I am concerned that the weight of all those posts and statements might cause CC to tip over like Guam.
