News on fox is that he has revealed the size and type of Israel's nuclear arsenal. 

First, the official word from everybody is that no one is supposed to know if it even exists.  (Since the first president of Israel worked on the Manhattan project, it has always been assumed that as soon as they got the material together, they would have one) 

The idea being, since they aren't threatening anyone with it, there is no reason to call them on it, but since everyone knows it is there, no one is going to mess.

Now that there is sort of official word, there is now reason to try and get them to disarm.

Now since Carter revealed what is classified information released to him as part of his former job, shouldn't he be held accountable for this. ?

The man has always been disguzzzzting.
