Green energy is such a joke. Using corn to make Ethanol is probably the worse thing that has ever happened to poor people in 3rd world countries. They spend half of their income on food. The idiots in DC have caused the price of food in that part of the world to go sky high. Even a loser like Al Gore thinks that the usage of corn to make Ethanol was a very bad idea.
The solar panels are mfg in China providing thousands of jobs for them. Same deal with wind turbines. The mfg of those greenie plants is the reason Spain is in a severe financial crises. The politicians here are too stupid to learn from the mistakes of others.
Next comes the electric car obamination. These dogs mfg by GM are subsidized to the hilt. Government Motors loses 30 grand on every Volt sold. Toyota loses around 2k. Plus GM just announced a $10k reduction in price off the $40+ price of these suckers. Electric cars make no sense because the energy that runs these vehicles has to come from somewhere. The cost per kw of wind and solar is 2 or 3 times higher than fossil fuels.
The Yankees off the coast of MA are going to be in for a big surprise when those wind farms out in the ocean become operational. The rates will be low at first and then triple in 3 to 4 years. Suck it up dummies.
