PPP designs poll to make GOP look bad

I was reading the internals of the PPP polls in NC and Ohio

and this question struck me as odd

GWB might deserve more credit for killing OBL than Obama but I dont think there is any case that Romney would deserve more credit.

Then the responses

in Ohio 15% of republicans said Romney deserves more credit and 47% said they wernt sure who deserved more credit.

in NC 15% of republicans said Romney deserves more credit and 56% said they wernt sure who deserved more credit.

obviously they were just going anti-Obama but the only reason to ask a question like that it to get those anti-Obama responses and then exploit them.

Actually, there is a convoluted reasoning that brings Romney into the equation.  We know the killing (I still haven't seen a body) of bin Laden was purely political.  In fact, bin Laden was collateral damage in the politics at hand.

The political purpose for the killing was to re-elect that Obamo character.  If that Obamo character did not have to campaign, the killing would not have been necessary.  So, Romney, even before he or we knew he was involved in this inevitable presidential campaign season, played a major part (in absentee) in the decision to kill bin Laden.

Ronald Reagan deserves more credit for the victory of WW2 than FDR.

FDR was content to take the Europeans liberated from the Nazis and gift-wrap them for the Stalinists.

Reagan guaranteed their liberation would be true and complete.

The pollsters are getting mighty slimey.  We just have to be smarter than they are.  There are tons of people out there who know every trick in the book.  When some clown posts a poll, the first thing I do is go the last page to the sample makeup, and work my way up from there. 

The poll question in the OP is laughable and obviously so.  Yes, I vote the guy who pulled the trigger as well. 

The DUmmies also had a thread on this.  They couldn't believe it wasn't 100% Obama love.
