I don't think there's anything wrong with sex out of wedlock, just that there's a lot wrong with sex outside of a monogamous relationship. Fluke should not be dismissed for asserting she or other women could not afford  $9 a month. Her assertion was birth control could cost $3,000 during law school. If it took you 3 years to get through, that's $1,000 a year. A smart girl like her could finish in less than 2. Her asserted premise is the one most outrageous and most open to easily dispute.
