Bill got 43% in Georgia in '92 (lost it in '96) and Obama actually got 47% there in 2008.

13. If that's true, then they're running a smokescreen in Texas, too.

I've seen Obama commercials here for quite a while.

I swear, I want some of what these idiots are smoking.  Obummer has zero chance of taking Georgia.  Zero.

O+0 still ads up to nothing.
Spin a "0" and it gets rounder.
Let's hear it for hOpe, hOOps, and chOOm.
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

The muslim's campaign has run a few network spots that go everywhere.

I've even seen them here in red state hell, where his chances are less than zero.

Really? I had to go out of town shopping with the wife. Yay me. She drove and I passed the time looking for political signs and bumper stickers. I saw several Romney signs. I didn't see 0's name even once. Well, there was one sign that had 0's name on it. It was a big trailer that had been painted with "Obama is a job killer and needs to go! Vote Mitt Romney".

But maybe JRLeft is right. Maybe all those signs were put up by 0 supporters who are trying to give Romney a false sense of security.

If everyone is telling you you deserve something, vote for the one who is promising you the least. Be suspicious of the man or woman who tell you deserve everything. Because you don’t.” ---Mike Rowe

Who's wasting money there again? Especially since he's low on funds, despite his strange fundraising efforts.

Well obumbles is hitting West by God Virginia with the Bill Clinton ad pretty heavy here. It must be his campaign because he "approves this message".

I think he fighting a losing battle myself, but keep it up, obumbles!!! Spend your moola on WV. The coal miners that have been laid off got a different opinion of you and your EPA. A really different opinion.

Just saw a Maobama ad last night starring Billy Boy Clinton.

That's a waste of money. This part of Texas almost always votes to get their freebies.

I've seen the same, but it's always on ESPN, and I think it goes to the entire ESPN viewership.

Exactly - there seem to be several ads that are targeting viewers of specific networks, and not just local affiliates.

I've seen the same, but it's always on ESPN, and I think it goes to the entire ESPN viewership.

I asked last night if anybody's seen any commercials for Barack Milhous on television around here.

They said "yes," and that it was a surprise to them, because it's probably been 1992 or something that they saw a Democrat (or really, even a Republican) commercial (for the presidency) around here.

Republicans don't waste money; there's not many people around here, and the place is red anyway.  And neither do Democrats throw any money around here, because even if they sought to buy votes, there'd be no takers.

Then it occurred to me--the only non-cable channel around here is Sioux City, Iowa (the four major stations from Omaha don't reach up quite this far), and perhaps the Barack Milhous commercials are directed towards northwestern Iowa, not us.

Southwestern Virginia holds the same opinion of Barry, however, you head a few miles east of me, and you are right in the heart of Hokie country, which tends to be more "favorable" of Barry, (but not much.  Not this year.)

To find Barry's most loyal followers, you must travel farther, "North till you smell it, East until you step in it."  That's how the VT faithful give directions to UVA in Charlottesville.  Why else do yo think Barry and company spend so much time there?  His followers there are more addled and brain dead than the ones who attended VT.  The rest of the state, not so much.

As for me, I'll continue to work in Hokie territory, wearing my WVU hat every single day.   :-)

(BTW, my three favorite college football teams are WVU, VT, and whoever is playing UVA.)   :-)

I bet they are the ads that ask for sending Wile B. Obama $10.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

I bet they are the ads that ask for sending Wile B. Obama $10 $3.

Your figure is from the prosperous Bush years.

$3 is the new normal in the Barack Obumbles economy.

Well, that's West, not East, and for decades it's been a reliable way to locate Ann Arbor, Michigan.
