Touch my child like that and the teacher wouldn't have a job to go to ever again... if you know what I'm saying. The parent's of all those punk kids would get a visit from me too.
Frankly I have no Idea how I would handle this situation. The very idea that this happend is outside my grasp of life.
First, one has the intire family to protect not just one child. Laws have changed to protect the rights of the accused with none for the victims.
Back years ago a visit from a dad to the family with a bully son could result in a broken nose for the bully's dad.
Today there may not be a dad just a single mother and one cannot punch out her lights.
One has to be sneaky to make life miserable for those that harm your kids. One can cause all kinds of unfortunate things to befall them that is all legal. This new school the creep teacher is going to, one can print out news reports on this "one incident" and Plaster them all over town. 101ways to make your enemy miserable, each and everyone legal and gives more satisfaction to the victims family then just a slap on the wrist or a punch in the nose.
No one can fight the Teachers Union, so one has to fight the individual teacher in ways that will cause the family's no problems. Should be easy to end their teaching carear without Lawyers fees, just the cost of paper for the printer and word of mouth on the internet. Long as the reported facts are true, no one can claim slander.
Is revenge nice and civilized, well as long as it is done within the law, I would think it more civilized then blood shed and as the said teacher stated, this can become a learning moment. For all concerned. He learns a lesson and moves on, his victim learns a lesson that lasts his life time, and what is the lesson a 13 year old child learns ?????
