Hey moron, the Constitution was based on the premise that our rights come from GOD, not Gawd or Jebus or any other cute misspelling you faux intellects like to use. This is why the left hates religion so much, they know that if people believe that their rights come from God that people won't allow the government to swoop in and be the granter and taker of those rights. The whole idea of a constitution was not to give the government power but to limit what that government can do.

But DUmmies don't want to hear this.  I have never quite figured out if they don't understand the concept or just choose to ignore it.  "A government big enought to give you everything you want is also big enough to take everything you have." or something like that.
