I think the 10% or so conservative blacks are just as anxious to vote as we are.  The rest see the massive unemployment & 0 growth in individual handouts & maybe they are not so enthusiastic about voting.

Very interesting that ABM stiffed the NAACP this year.  What what was he afraid of?

He made a good case today, unfortunately one of necessity made on identity politics, so black unemployment isn't the same as American unemployment (how I loathe identity politics)--that black unemployment is disproportionately high, and how's 3+ years of this guy making your life better? I expected more ridicule than I thought I'd hear, to tell you the truth. Maybe 6%-7% of the black vote may wake up and see where their bread is genuinely buttered, with all Ameicans and against illegal migrants, and Obama gets 89-90% range. Optimistic guess.

This is just partially right.

I applaud Romney for "taking it to the enemy" to turn a phrase, but the BIG questions in my mind are 1) how well will the true leadership of the NAALCP take it, and if they take it well, can they survive the pressure of the Jesse Jacksons and Al "not so" Sharptons and Louis Louis Farrakhans? Those are the Obamabots.

He was doing good until he mentioned repealing Obamacare. Then the boo birds came out. Romney need to learn how not to step into a pile of shit. If he just sticks to the economy and jobs, that will resonate with everyone.
