New primitive suggests lib version of going Galt

First, the primitive whose user name doesn't match up to her actions.

My opinion is that our mistake was timing.

We should have waited and timed with GE. Democrats suck outside of GE and they wouldn't have have the fodder about how much this election cost taxpayers.

We should have waited. I said it in November and I'll day it til the day I die.

We shot our load the moment we could without regard to, well, reality.

Goodnight, I'm spent and broken.

Now the new primitive:

15. We need heads held high!

I just signed up after lurking hear for some months. I've never been prouder than today to be a progressive. I don't think timing was our mistake, I think our mistake is in organizing towards the wrong ends. The deck is stacked! The game does not favor us and we are surprised when we play it and fail. The media - that which intermediates us is purpose built to keep our interests disparate and divided - its a colonial playbook remarkable for its agelessness and universality.

Wall Street, Oakland, the Media - these things need not be Occupied! Thats THEIR tactic and it concedes them all the terrain and begs failure as a goal. We need to ABANDON, AGGREGATE and form a more perfect union of like-mindedness and start with that simple economy. In 2012 and beyond we can create a nation within a nation and work towards an inner economy where we can feed, cloth, shelter, produce and connect for and with others. I think we all have the dream of an America that we would want to see, not the racist, facist and enslaving nation we are waking up to.

But we have to OPT OUT, MODESTLY ACQUIRE and BUILD the first Arcology to get this going, y'know folks? Get outta the media discourse instead of OCCUPY this or that, get some land and start growing, building, teaching, reaching and simply build our world around the feudal lords and their serfdoms as best we can.

And look who enthusiastically welcomes her:

I actually did read an article not too long ago that actually was the lib version of "going Galt" (that was in the title). Basically the argument was that blue states are subsidizing red states, ergo Republicans should shut up about this whole redistribution of wealth thing.

Basically just an overly long, updated version of the 60s "tune in, turn on, drop out"

A leftist going "Galt" would mean they quit sucking at the public teat.

That will never happen.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

I thought that's what California is/was.  Your own little libturd utopia, and from what I've seen it's broken.    :mental:

DUmmies, the idea in Atlas Shrugged was that the productive people would quit the leeching, Socialist society...

I just find it interesting that Skin's made a point of personally greeting this primitive.  There's something about what was written that he liked a lot.

blue states are subsidizing red states

I'd love to see anyone or anything which backs up that claim.  Most of the REALLY broke states are blue states.  And the only reason one can consider "redistribution" at the federal level is because more and more military bases are being located in red states, and shutting down in blue ones.  Why is that, DUmmies?  Why, indeed?
