From the same state that ruled looking at child porn as legal.

WTF is that idiot thinking?  What a perfect way to allow people to target anyone that says anything they don't like.  Look what has happened to several conservative bloggers recently.

This is exactly right. If this monstrosity catches on nationally my internet days are over. Not worth the risk of some nutjob or hacker making my life hell because they didn't like my opinion on whatever topic. I think Thomas Paine is rolling over in his grave right about now.

There's a nutjob that SWATs people he disagrees with; he calls local police and says there's a hostage situation at the address of whomever he hates; this is very dangerous.
Let nothing trouble you,
Let nothing frighten you.
All things are passing;
God never changes.
Patience attains all that it strives for.
He who has God lacks nothing:
God alone suffices.

Stupid, and not going anywhere.  He introduced it 2 months ago, there's not an ounce of support for it, and now it makes news.  So wrong on so many levels, I wonder if this guy is clinically insane.

This is the worst "Republican" bill I can recall. Its so contrary to what a true conservative would think. There is no way in hell that I as an elected conservative Republican would ever put up such a bill, sponsor it in any way or what have you. I would make it known both publicly and privately to a "Republican" like this that I not only opposed the bill, but question the ability of the person to  be trusted with governing. I would not do this to even the DUmb asses. No matter how offended I can get by their ass clownery (and it reaches wanting to throw a beating or two if I could in frustration), it never crosses a line where I would violate their rights of speech. I just could not bring myself to do something like this even knowing that if the DUmb asses had their way they would take my rights of speech away in a heart beat. I am ashamed that people with "Republican" attached to their names are responsible for this.
