If they call a .10 cent drop falling, then they are really stupid. It is still double what it was when Obama took over.

On another note: If they are going say Obama is the reason for the drop, then they should also be saying he is responsible for the rising. Of course they won't do that. They will praise him when it falls, but blame it on Bush when it rises. Hypocrites.

I knew it would be that 0bama was not responsible for gas prices soaring but a small drop in price would be all his doing.

I'm beginning to think that Obama the dog eater might not take Illinois now.  Down to NY, CA, and WDC.

The DUmmies need to do a little research into how the president can affect gas prices.  They need to go back to July/August 2008 then follow the trail to September 2008.

Have to remember that the DUchebags are 0bama centric. The reason gas prices went down was because the markets knew that Obama the dog eater would be crowned preezy. Of course, the reason they have gone up since 0 became preezy is because of racism.

There was a transcript on National Public Radio this morning about the president and gasoline prices.

According to a recent poll, 67% of Democrats insist the Magic One cannot affect retail prices of gasoline.

Six years ago, in a poll asking the same question, 75% of Democrats insisted George Bush affected prices.

Economists agree that, really, a president doesn't have much influence over gasoline prices, but there is a perception that ties him with them, and so just as with any previous (R) president, too bad for the Magic One.

Gas prices have fallen about 10 cents here from their highs, but it's basically because of two things:  The economy sucks worse than expected so consumption has been lower than planned, and the rest of the world's economies (To include China's) are sucking worse than expected which is driving up the price of the dollar and therefore driving down the price per barrel of oil.

Yeah, it's dropped, very modestly...but not for reasons that are good things.
