I do not have that ability.

I doubt that I have any influence whatsoever over the owners of this site, or anyone appointed by them to help moderate it, in having anyone banned.
Too bad all you can see is some type of revenge or 'punishment' motive.

Maybe a good look in a mirror may help you to find an answer to that particular question.

maybe if Ikonoclast had summery execution powers she'd be happy. But, I doubt it.
