franksolich discusses new DU with his fellow alum Skins

I've been getting concerned because it seems that since the establishment of the new Skins's island, DU3, the primitives seem to congregate only in General Discussion, the Lounge, and that stupid Meta forum, ignoring the multitude of other, smaller, forums on Skins's island.

This had been a problem at DU2, but it seems an even bigger problem on DU3.

I mean, the cooking and baking forum used to bubble and boil with action all day long, but now there's hardly ever anything cooking over there.

With this in mind, I communicated with my fellow alum Skins:

Well, it is a problem over there.

The primitives seem to be jamming themselves into the three big forums--General Discussion, the Lounge, and that stupid Meta thing--and ignoring all the smaller forums.

If the primitives aren't hanging around the smaller forums, that deteriorates the quality of the inventory available here, and as moderator, franksolich is very concerned about the quality of the inventory in the DUmpster.

It almost seems as if the primitives are jamming themselves into a big crowd so they won't stick out, so no one will see them.  I dunno why the primitives are acting this way, trying to hide, but that's what's happening.

And I don't blame him; I have no bad feelings about it.

You see, if my fellow alum were to actually respond to me, his response would show up here in the DUmpster for all, including the lurking primitives, to see.

In responding to franksolich, Skins would be admitting that franksolich is real, and that official confirmation would considerably discombobulate the primitives, who are vainly hoping, desperately hoping, that franksolich is just a figment of their paranoia.

The primitives so hope franksolich is not real.

Well, it's awfully hard to find talent--prospective DUmmies of the year--when they're all ganged up in the three big forums over there.

The small forums--disability, cooking and baking, mental health, rural life, do-it-yourself, automobiles, bird-watching, &c., &c., &c.--used to have a whole lot more action than they do now; I can't tell you how many top primitives were first discovered in them.

One doesn't regret that the mental health forum's withered away, because that forum on a public message board never should've been there anyway.  In fact, I've always been a big advocate of my fellow alum Skins demanding medical certificates attesting to good mental health of primitives before they were allowed to post there. 

Most disconsolate of all has been the withering of the cooking and baking forum.  The good-natured Lu, successor to Mrs. Alfred Packer, the mean-spirited hippywife primitive, has tried to keep it humming along, but it looks to be riding off into the sunset.
