Myrtle Beach police arrested and charged a 20-year-old Charlotte man Thursday after the man grabbed a television reporter’s microphone and shouted a racial slur while she was delivering a live news report.

Justin Erick Moore, 20 was held at the Myrtle Beach Jail charged with third-degree assault and battery, disorderly conduct/loud breaching peace and resisting arrest, according to jail records.

A 23-year-old reporter with WMBF News stopped Myrtle Beach police officers about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of North Ocean Boulevard and reported that four or five men stood around as she prepared to do a live shot for the 11 p.m. news broadcast, according to the report.

Just look at the good folkes Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Barak Obama, Jessie Jackson jr,Sheila Jackson Lee,Cynthia Ann McKinney.

It's only a racial slur if a white person says it.  Otherwise it is free speech.
