About 7:30 p.m., a 22-year-old man and his girlfriend ordered food at the Taco Bell drive-thru and were told to pull up while their order was prepared.

At the same time, Adkins stepped around a corner into the path of the vehicle and angry words were exchanged between he and the driver.

They got into an altercation and Adkins was shot once by the driver. He died at the scene.

The driver, a 22-year-old black male, called police but has not been arrested.

Remember now, they've been claiming all along that it wasn't the shooting itself or the color of those involved that has them so exercised over the Zimmerman case, but merely the fact that he wasn't arrested. According to the Hive, it wouldn't even be a story there were it not for that.

We'll see how outraged they get about this one.

I doubt it. The shooter in this case is black and they must reflexively take the opposite side.

I have seen very little "jumping to the shooter's defense" in the Florida case, anyway. Most of what we've written has been about counseling patience until all the facts are in, critically examining all the evidence, offering different possible scenarios, and debunking the out and out lies and mischaracterizations coming from the hysterical Left.

The rest of the replies so far are just talking about the OP's error in reported location. Not a single DUmmy comments on the lack of an arrest.

This shooting happened in Arizona but Cali has it in Florida.  A couple of posters have challenged her but she rolls on about SYG and having to overturn the FL law.  I know when a Dummy has this many problems, it is really picky to blast her for geographic stupidity.  Does any one know if she got her job at the tea shop back?
