Oh my.

I'm sure most here recall when the Die alte Sau suggested an issue we should discuss, and we discussed it.

Charges dropped against tea party leader in CA

Prosecutors have dropped charges against a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Fiesta Island.

Michael Kobulnicky, a former San Diego Tea Party spokesperson and Mormon Church leader, had faced charges of kidnapping and sexual assault for a sexual encounter that he said was consensual. Prosecutors dropped all charges Thursday morning.

Kobulnicky was emotional and cried when John Reis, a district attorney, announced that charges were dropped.

Kobulnicky said he lost his job as a result of the incident, and had to cancel his wedding. He said both himself and his fiance "went through hell" during the ordeal.

I guess the "consensual" sexual encounter had NOTHING to do with the cancellation of his wedding. And his fiance went through hell because he was arrested, not at all because he's having sex with someone else.

No primitives showed up at this campfire, probably hiding in embarrassment and shame.

The spin begins,

Justice wanted
1. OF Course he gets the charges dropped. Instead of standing with the victim the DA probably

found out one or two things that would put doubt in a jury's mind. Happen to a friend of mine. She was raped and wanted to go forward with the jury trial which the DA was about to do until HE got a "TIP" that my friend was in a beach volleyball game and the winners -she and her teammates took pictures and while getting pictures taken someone spread the team with watch and beer anyways one of th pictures (Picture sent to the DA by the tip) showed my friend smiling and her nipples could be seen through the material of her bra.)

This ass Teabagger will now probably sue the victim.

I hate this country.

Read the entire story DUmbass, the victim said that he is not the one who did it.

2. I had a friend years ago who was raped

and the prosecutor told her that without a witness it was just her word against the rapist's.

Now how many rapists commit their crime while a witness is present?

I had hoped the laws had changed since then but maybe they have not.

Once again the victim said that someone else did it, not the teabagger.

Try to be honest once in your life.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

5. Some local insight

Our DA is running for mayor...

She is also hard core Republican.

Not saying that had a thing with the victim changing her story at all, but a hot case, ensnaring the tea party would be unhelpful.

Yes, local politics, which media locally will not even hint, probably had a role.

As is she has her plate full with a couple rapes in the college area.
Suffice it to say, Nads is stupid.
Media generally doesn't report non-news, Nads.
Unlike you, the media gets a bit testy when they get called out for false, made up lies.
Unlike you, they try to avoid that sort of thing.
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

How about this 'insight', Nads ?

The media finally thought they had a story about a Bad person who was also a TEA Partier, so they ran with it before all the facts were on the table, because every Democrat from Obama down is going to need all the help they can get.

Can't confuse the DUmmies with facts, it's a small miracle that the witch of KC even conceded as much as she did.

Everytime I think the DUmbasses can't get any dumber.....  :banghead:
