This man not a newbie to the work, was he under any kind of perhaps new medication, or so distracted he did not realise the rope was on his body ???

This is horrible, it never should have happend. Questions here, he was not alone, did he give any yell out to stop the machine, was he in fact alive when he when into it, or dead of a heart attack or stroke perhaps.

What ever his family, friends an coworkers will now have nightmares for weeks and months, not to mention the responders that had to get his head out of the machine and remove the head less body.

We see these monster machines every day up here and never hear of any accidents, so, perhaps OSHA can find out what happend, does OSHA trump the State police in investigations I wonder ????

There was a thread earlier this month that ended up in a consensus about that, and it's been mentioned in a lot of other ones since; the BS for this is one of those two-for-flinching horseplay things, not ill-intentioned.
