So the debate is: Should she be charged with a crime or not?

I didn't try the link because of the potential of getting what might be construed as child porn on my computer, in case it was cell-phone video of the actual incident.  If it was anything like that, it was not appropriate material to put here as a link...news report on the incident, sure; actual footage of the incident, NO.

It was a viral video of an English woman giving a clothed English boy a lap dance on a train while middle aged women on the train cheered her on.

I'm not clicking that link either, but the summation was fine.  The answer is, YES she should be charged with a crime.  But, it would be a violation from the Health and Safety authorities, because on a moving train, the boy could be jostled and knocked down to the floor, incurring a bruise.  This is forbidden in today's Great Britain.  The lap dance is probably OK.

WAIT Just a minute here.

So much we do not know.    The boy, was he 7 years old or 17.   

What was the age of the molester 16 or 32 ???

What was the motive of the other woman on the train to egg this on???     If this is for real, a true story, how to explain any of this so the average person can understand???
