Well this week the House votes on HR3261 The E-Parasite Act.

Aside from the fact this bill will cost tax payers $47 million dollars and lead to JOB LAY OFFS, which the Republicans promised not to add to.

What this bill does it allows Eric Holder and the DOJ to shut down websites without Court Order if only one person calls the DOJ and says that a site is committing copyright infringement, NOT ONLY CAN YOUR SITE GO DOWN but if may never show up again if it is searched on by search engine sites like Google.

Just what we need, more government interference in our lives and how long do you think it will take a liberal DOJ to shut down conservative websites? This is a pile in the pasture we need to avoid at all costs. Any action taken to shut down a site should be supported by a judges determination that the site is engaged in illegal activity. To allow a political appointee to make this type of decision invites political interference and violations of first amendment rights!
