Another small business beat down! Now he will get fined! Will they be serving Sushi at OWS!!

"Liberalism is an essentially feminine, submissive world view. Perhaps a better adjective than feminine is infantile. It is the world view of men who do not have the moral toughness, the spiritual strength to stand up and do single combat with life, who cannot adjust to the reality that the world is not a huge, pink-and-blue, padded nursery in which the lions lie down with the lambs and everyone lives happily ever after."

~ Dr. William Pierce

#^%*&$#, WTF, permits cost big time money, and one has to go by the laws of the country the vessel is registered to.

My question here is why the Skipper did not just lay off shore, radio for a chopper to come get the damn fish and take it to a Japanese fishing boat outside the international waters .  They are out there you know, every country one think of.    The import is where the vessel is registered to denote origin of the product.

What was this Skipper thinking bringing that fish to dock in the port the boat was registered in.???

Only thing I can think of that matches this is the Moose Game ashore.   One enters a lottery for a few hundred bucks and if ones name is called they in NH have the right to bag a moose.     So they bag a 1500 lb moose only to be told they are 2 feet into the State of Maine and they have no permit in that state.

@&#%$@#   Don't you just hate all these regulations that can turn a happy day into one of sorrow.????

"I swear, the one that got away was this [-----------------------] big."
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

So now rather than trying to do it legally the fishermen will either resort to illegal tactics or will simply throw the dead tuna back for the sharks.

NOAA is being stupid.

C'mon dude; I know you thought Roseanne was great comedy :whatever: , but it's been cancelled for over a decade now.  It's time to let her go.
