If he forgoes the HIV drugs long enough, he won't have to worry about buying food or paying bills.

Fudge packing is a persnal choice and I don't want to pay for your healthcare either.

 yep, you would pay all of 1 euro per month for your meds, as for food and bills if you had no job we would pay for those too out of our taxes, if you did have a job but were poorly paid we would give you money to help you pay your bills too.
