0 foreign aid.
and military aid only when the underdog is in the right. for instance, i agree with Gulf War I. kuwait was invaded by iraq. we kicked them out.  that was an instance of military aid that i agree with.

Stop all foreign aid. Much of it goes to countries that hate us anyway. Screw them; let the foreign aid countries fend for themselves. We have enough money problems here at home without giving it away and having it never returned, and not even a "Thank you".
