PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A Portland man was arrested Saturday morning after police found him standing outside a grocery store wearing only underwear.

Spokesperson Sgt. Peter Simpson said 48-year-old Eric Foote was arrested on three outstanding warrants, two for indecent exposure.

I wonder what the 3rd outstanding warrant was for.

Would it have been better if he had the underwear on his head and the t-shirt wrapped around his waist? Just asking...

I was checking to see if it was Portland, ME.  'Cause one time in Bucksport, ME, (pop 1500), a woman walked stark naked down the street, with only her purse.  She stopped at the bank.

I wonder if I can donate to his defense fund?  I remember one time I was lost in the woods near Portland and spent the night in a cave.  I ended up having sex with a grizzly bear and I think this guy might be my son.

While it is weird, I don't see any difference between wearing underwear or a speedo swimsuit. I think that the Speedo reveals more, to be honest.

Yup. Just a couple weeks ago, somebody started a thread about a guy who rode his motorcycle around dressed in a thong -- not an illegal thing to do.
