When I saw the thread title, I was cynical enough to think that the OP was going to ask advice on how to commit some kind of fraud.
I was wrong, instead he did what any person would do when their daughter gets the wrong medicine, go ask the sooper geniuses  at DU.  :whatever:

I Need Help for my Dauthers Medical Questions
   
OK My 18 yr old daughter was on the pill and wanted the Gardasil series of shots BUT a mistake was made and she was given the Depo shot and she was still taking the birth control for about 3 weeks and I would like to know some good sites to find out about possible long term side effects.Really she does not know what to do at this point and neither do I.If I posted in the wrong forum Sorry Mods

Planned parenthood was no help but I will get her into another doctor. I really wanted to find sites to find out about long term effects and so I would have a little understanding of what to look out for and what questions to ask the new doctor.Thanks Bob4460

10. I'm going to call BS on PP being no help. This is what they do. Better than most anyone else..
   
Attempts to marginalize PP are what the RW whackos do. All the time. At every opportunity. Even in instances like this.

You have to get up pretty early in the afternoon to fool inspector 69.  :-)

if the person weren't already a patient. There are implications there for lawsuits. They know zero about her medical background.

After getting at least one more doctor's opinion on her situation, 2 would be better than 1.

Should be safe right?  I mean they advocate minors going to PP without any parental consent.  IMO, if she stops the orals, there should not be a problem.  Her cycle is most likely messed up.   Both products do the same thing, one is daily in a lower dose and the other is a suspension given IM once ever 3 months.
