Eighty percent of Muslim Americans approve of the way Barack Obama is handling his job as president, according to a newly released survey conducted by the Abu Dhabi Gallup Center, a partnership between Gallup and the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi.

Not that I'd trust the survey results, but still, this is hillarious.

According to the survey, 65 percent of Jewish Americans approve of the job Obama is doing; 60 percent of atheists, agnostics, and those of no religion approve; 50 percent of Catholics approve; 37 percent of Protestants approve and 25 percent of Mormons approve.

I guess Muslims take care of their own.

Only 37 percent of Protestants and 25 percent of Mormons are crazy DUmmies. Half of the Catholics, two thirds of the Jews and damn near all the Muslims are crazy as hell DUmmies....Hey, that's what the poll says, don't it.

I suspect that the poll, being a "cooperative" between Gallup and this muslim organization, is skewed somewhat.

Utah, home of the Mormons (but they are sprinkled throughout the country and the world) is deeply red.

Of course, that doesn't mean they're conservatives, but it's somewhat close. They're certainly not blue, at least for the most part.

I find it hard to believe that 65% of American Jews and 50% Catholics approve....unless they only polled the Jews in NY/NJ/CA, or the Catholics in highly unionized areas.
