Now that we are ruining our credit rating....

what can we do to quickly decease the debt? My favorites include:

1. Single-payer health-care, still the best piece of legislation available to this nation. Yeah because when you are broke to begin with let's shell out even more money so every DUmmy can rush to the doctor for every sniffle

2. Cut military spending in half(at least-1/3 or 1/4 even better), which includes stopping all wars(and war related actions.) Decrease the number of overseas bases. Who needs defense anyway?

3. Restore Clinton era tax rates, close all cooperate loopholes. Even that won't be enough for you ghouls

4. Pass a sane drug policy, treatment when needed not jail. Because treatment works wonders right?

Watch how fast debt disappears. Nothing cures debt than more massive spending

And do not brother to tell me none of this will pass, I realize there to much money to be make destroying this county.

2. Singer Payer is so simple, balance our budget and make U.S. companies competitive

Take the onus off of medicare and medicaid and all of a sudden we don't have to worry about funding SS ever again.

Umm wouldn't the funding for medicare and medicaid just be shifted to your single payer program plus potentially billions or even trillions more?

4. Exactly...

seems like a no-brainer, but it would cut into some people gravy train so we can't have that. :banghead:

It is a no brainer, but not how you think it is. Only someone with limited intelligence would think that even more massive spending will save us.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

Yeah. all you have to do then is fund Single Payer, which will require a Hell of a lot more than Medicare and MedicAid do now, since they won't go away, they'll just get rolled into it.
