Why in the name of God are not children in a large city taught self defensive at the age of say 2 years old.
Here we have a 8 year old child from a very loving family and comunity, parents went over board to allow the child a bit of freedom, even practiced with the child how to get home and tried to meet the child half way on the walk home.
With all their percautions a monster got their child.-----Could and does happen to many of us regardless of the precautions we take.
This child was raised to obey without question anyone in the Adult community, a good child.
What to do now, make the children paranoid of all outside the family???
The family's cannot be with the children 24/7 , outside of paranoia, why not teach the kids self defence, one lives in a Comunity, teach them body language and what not by age 7.
We can all do this, a few cheap tapes on self defence and some on body language play these to a 4 year old instead of allowing them to watch cartoons , it may save their lives.--Get rid of the freaking cartoon and teach the baby's how to survive.
