xmas74 (1000+ posts) Thu Jul-14-11 11:30 PMOriginal messageOne positive thing about this crappy economy is that I've become very good at mending and darning, remaking old clothes, and making patches for everything from bits of scrap. I haven't had anything new in a few years-everything has been made over and patched to the point of being one huge patchwork mess. Fun times, especially when I poke my finger with a needle.Anyone else have an offhand positive?
