The Nebraska primary used to be binding, until this year, when the Democrats had the great idea of holding caucuses (in February, if I recall correctly) instead, which Barry "Goldwater" Obama won, but which doesn't mean excresence, because even if--a possibility becoming more and more dubious--Barry "Goldwater" Obama were the Democrat nominee, he wouldn't carry Nebraska.
Now Nebraska Democrats are admitting that caucuses are the stupidest idea since the invention of the leisure suit.
