The corporatist and centrists are not really moderate or centrist. They are hard core right wing corporatist who use the terms moderate and centrist to demonize the Left as being radicals and out of touch. The truth is none of the people who claim to be moderates are at all moderate when it comes to their support of the rich, the are in fact quite radical in it. For example most of the moderates, including the President it seems, opposed even the public option which would have been a fair compromise between the law that was passed and completely abolishing for profit health care(which is something I would love to see happen, I'm all for getting rid of it), but no even the public option was too radical for these brave defenders of the Plutocracy.

That's one of the RW's most significient propaganda victories in the last 30 years IMO. No matter how the people of the country feels on ISSUES, the elected leadership has pushed the "middle" position to about where Reagan was. WAY right of where the people actually are.

That's why I consider electoral politics pretty much hopeless. No matter what the people think, the leadership won't listen to anything other that what THEY think "moderate" is.

The "published author" (he had an article published on a commie website) SNiT once made a "joke" about the FBI watching him. Considering his vague threats of violence and his obvious distaste of electoral politics, the joke is probably on him

Why stop at health care?

People need food. Make farmers work for nothing more than Cost + Subsistence.
