A woman in Fort Pierce may have gotten away with $2,800 by the hair of her chinny chin chin.

Literally.

A 51-year-old man told Fort Pierce police a woman sporting "facial hair" stole his wallet May 10 in what could be called a hair-raising experience, according to a recently released report. The wallet contained $2,800, credit cards and the man's driver's license.

The female with facial hair flagged the man down at Avenue D and North 6th Street, the man told police. She got in his van and asked for a ride to a house.

While waiting for a light to change, the woman with the hair on her mug reached in his right front pocket and took his wallet. She got out of the van and ran. ...

So funny and a bit sad.    Some male picks up a person wearing woman's clothing but has a bit of facial hair to give them a ride and finds out they themselves have been taken for  a ride. Who was this woman, did she remind him of his aunt Mary that was 80 years old and came over from Italy.?????

Well, I can see she escaped by the hair of her chinny-chin-chin.

Ducked out and fled, evading capture by a whisker.

In a lineup, her 5-o'clock shadow will give her away, you can be sure of that. Had the entire police force on a razor's edge, most likely.
