And the gold medal for pole dancing goes to...

If a British company has its way, pole dancing will become a test sport for the 2012 London Olympics.

Vertical Dance has started an online petition to accept pole dancing as an official sport, Metro U.K. reports. It has garnered nearly 6,000 supporters so far.

"After a great deal of feedback from the pole dance community, many of us have decided that it's about time pole fitness is recognized as a competitive sport and what better way for recognition then to be part of the 2012 Olympics held in London!" the petition says.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

Well, do you honestly think I can do what I do, get paid for it, and NOT do what I do?

In other words, maybe, just maybe, my job goes on 24/7 (which it sort of does) and I can sorta ride that breeze whenever it comes along.

Yunno?

Hey! What didja think of my sports? Pretty good, eh? I've won medals in most of those.  :yahoo:
