Sorry Genia I am old fashioned and believe that even the poorest of us will take pride in our appearance when in public.  Were he a poor dirt farmer and he was wearing his Sunday best I could excuse him, but for him in his position to leave his house looking like that is not the sign of a gentleman but a bum at heart.   He may have have much bucks stashed away but better a man with little money that takes how he presents himself to the public seriously.    Deportment is the key, manors and the ability to go into any social environment and fit in, ----this dude is a sloppy bum.
