And when it goes to shit, he'll get all the blame. I kind of view it as we brought them into Afghanistan and now they brought us into Libya.

5. Don't fool yourself
The US is behind this. Pres Obama is likely the one who wanted them to go first.

7. I think they embarrassed us into it.

That is because the President of the US is a weak willed *****.

12. I wouldn't say "bullied," but I would say "persuaded," but it wasn't the UK or France.
It was Hillary, Rice and Powers, assisted by Biden and perhaps Kerry.

Gates and Mullen didn't want to do it.

I'd say bullied.

17. No they didn't.
It was a vote on it. The Euro's did add pressure, but Obama runs everything by his people and takes into account what is going on in the nation before making any commitments. If he feels it's not in our interest he won't do it, if it is or for the interest of the people then he will. End of story---to suggest pressure is just another meme in order to make the President appear weak and mealy-mouthed. I'd avoid such descriptions.

So are you saying he's a *****, and can't even hold his own against the French?  Well, maybe one of you idiots really has finally hit on something I can agree with.

What a sad sad commentary that one could even imagine a U.S. president being "bullied" by the French.

Wow.

I didn't think there could be a more emasculating photo than Kerry and the football.

This president just keeps topping the records, huh?

Have any of the DU Psycho-babble-analysts been by yet to point out this is the natural outcome of an absentee father and strong grandmother presence?  There are past references to the fact that Teh Wun has had 'garden gate encounters' (it is alleged that in his wild, miss-spent youth he may have swung both ways).  But then who hasn't woken up after a hard night of partying down (with a few sips of Night Train, crack cocaine an a little weed to mellow out), with a sore sticky bung?

You're kidding, right?  That's 'Ozzie and Harriet' or 'Leave it to Beaver' family life by their standards.

If France can bully Obama, that there is an impeachable offense. Bullied by France? He's got'ta go.
NAMBLA is a left-wing organization.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

It amuses me the way the DUmbats twist themselves into pretzels to somehow, someway make Obama look like is on the right end of every situation.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
